NJ HORROFEST 2013
The NJ HORRORFEST is back. After a successful first year the NJ HORRORFEST is returning to the Historic Landis Theater in Vineland, NJ on October 25th and October 26th and this year promises to be bigger and better. We have expanded the event to two days, we have added a vendors room, and we are attempting to bring in some of the biggest names in horror as guests.
The NJ HORRORFEST is dedicated to independent horror and the talented artists that make it happen. It is our mission to showcase the very best in independent horror.
Film Submissions are now open. This year we are rewarding the films that win best short and best feature with CASH! Just like last year our early submission fee is only $15. We are extending the early submission deadline to May 31st. Take advantage of the low $15 entry fee.
We are utilizing a high end digital projector so your film will light up the big screen. Like we said...bigger and better. Last year two of the features shown at NJ HORRORFEST went on to get distribution deals. One of the films actually found their distributor at NJ HORRORFEST. This is the place to get your film seen by influential people in the independent film industry.
This year we are also featuring a short screenplay competition. Submission fee is only $10. The winning short screenplay will be offered an opportunity to be a part of a short film anthology produced by Little Red Wagon Films. There will also be a CASH prize for the winning screenplay.
We are excited to announce that once again we will be donating a portion of all tickets sold to the incredible charity Scares That Care.
The entry deadline for film entries and screenplays is September 30th.
